E.O.C. — Environmental Organization of Consulting
Promoting ecological conservation, noosphere science, and sustainable harmony — creating a cleaner, more conscious world for all living things.
The E.O.C. Fond is a non-profit, non-commercial international organisation dedicated to the realisation of social ecological projects worldwide — built on the principle that humanity and nature must develop together.
Since 2010, we have worked to promote environmental conservation, implement the Kyoto Protocol and UN Conventions, and build a global scientific network for knowledge exchange and ecological action.
"Human reason and organised activity must transform our Earth not through destruction, but through conscious, harmonious development — where humanity is an inseparable part of nature."
— E.O.C. Foundation Mission StatementThe noosphere is the sphere where society and nature interact — where conscious human activity becomes the defining force of development. Not destruction. Harmony.
Six pillars guide our global mission — from education and scientific research to consulting, healthy living, and clean production.
Raising qualifications and awareness in environmental protection and the development of a harmonious noosphere, drawing on both ancient and modern knowledge systems.
Publishing brochures, newspapers, books, and digital materials for wide public access — building a global scientific information network and raising environmental literacy.
Practical recommendations to government and public organisations for maintaining ecological balance in their regions, with direct participation in volunteer environmental activities.
Building a worldwide network through diverse international participants — ensuring the exchange of advanced experience, science, and information across cultures and governments.
